Registration for the 2024 HDD Rodeo organized by Benjamin Media Inc. and hosted by Mark One Electric.

All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the course.
All registration fees will increase on site at the HDD Rodeo.

Seminar Attendees

General Admission- Seminar and Rodeo Attendee Registration -$495 (price increase on site $695)

The registration fee includes:

  • Educational seminars on Wednesday, September 25
  • Entrance to 2-Day Rodeo
  • Lunch and refreshment at seminar break on Wednesday, September 25
  • Admission to the World Trenchless Day Party on Thursday, September 26

Exhibitor Seminar and Rodeo Attendee- $395

The registration fee includes:

  • Educational seminars on Wednesday, September 25
  • Entrance to 2-Day Rodeo
  • Lunch and refreshment at seminar break on Wednesday, September 25
  • Admission to the World Trenchless Day Party on Thursday, September 26

Drilling Competition

Drill Crew Registration – $3,500*

The registration fee includes:

Educational seminars for 3 drill crew members on Wednesday, September 25
Entrance to 2-Day Rodeo for 3 drill crew members
Lunch and refreshments at seminar break on Wednesday, September 25
Admission for 3 drill crew members to the World Trenchless Day Party on Thursday, September 26
Sweatshirts and swag for all drill crew members

Rodeo Attendees

Rodeo Only Attendee 2-Day Event- $50 (price increase on site $75)

The registration fee includes:

  • Entrance to 2-Day Rodeo

Rodeo Only Attendees 1-Day Event- $25 (price increase on site $50)

The registration fee includes:

  • Entrance to 1-Day Rodeo

World Trenchless Day Party

World Trenchless Day Party Ticket- $50 ($75 onsite)

The registration fee includes:

Attendance to the World Trenchless Day Party on Thursday, September 26

Cancellation and Attendee Substitution Policy

  • Any modification, including cancellation, of your registration requires written notice that must be emailed (aholt@benjaminmedia.com).
  • Attendee substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
  • Cancellations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received by Benjamin Media on or before August 15, 2024. Registrants who cancel will be charged a $125 cancellation fee.
  • Seminar cancellations will not be accepted.
  • No refunds will be made to registrants who cancel after August 15, 2024.
